Healthy eating here isn’t a trend stack or a perfection contest. It’s stewardship. Real ingredients. Meals made at home when we can. Food that strengthens bodies meant for work, prayer, and long faithfulness. We cook because the household is worth the time, and because depending on whatever’s cheapest and most packaged usually means depending on systems that don’t love your kids.
This is where America First gets practical. Liberty isn’t only speeches. It’s a table you can afford to keep, skills you refuse to outsource, and a pantry that doesn’t panic every time a truck is late. Self-sustaining living starts with ordinary competence: chopping, simmering, preserving, planning, wasting less.
Were not above convenience. We’re against captivity to it. Some nights will be simple. Some weeks will be messy. The point isn’t aesthetics. The point is a kitchen that serves the hold — not an identity, not an audience, and not the feed.

The internet will disciple you if you let it. Scroll long enough and you’ll start praying like a brand: to the crowd, to the algorithm, to whoever claps loudest. That isn’t worship. That’s hunger wearing a holy mask.
Jesus didn’t tell us to aim our prayers at personalities, platforms, or even at Himself as a substitute for the Father. He taught us to pray to the Father. One God. No idols. No spiritual celebrity system. When we say everything at Caer Ryderic sits under the Lord alone, this is what we mean in practice.
A hold starts in the quiet. Before the garden, before the budget, before the next skill — a household that talks to the Father. Not performatively. Not for content. Because we belong to Him, not to the world’s feed.
